Services · Twelve event types

Different rooms. Same care.

Ekatra works across the occasions a city gathers for — from the intimacy of a family ceremony to the scale of a conference floor, concert or sporting event.

The work

Four ways in. One brief-led approach.

The categories below group the twelve event types listed on Ekatra's public profile. They are a starting point for a conversation, not fixed packages.

01

Weddings & sangeet

Personal · ceremonial · celebratory

A wedding is usually several occasions wearing one name: the ceremony, the sangeet, the reception or formal party, and the anniversaries that follow. The work is to hold them together without losing the character of any one part.

02

Corporate & conferences

Programmed · precise · professional

Corporate events and conferences need the room to support the programme instead of competing with it. Timing, audience flow and a calm backstage are part of the experience guests rarely notice when they are right.

Celebrations & ceremonies

Warm · personal · particular

Birthdays, festivals and ceremonies carry their own rituals and expectations. The best version is not a template applied to a family — it is a room that recognises why this occasion matters to these people.

Concerts, trade shows & sport

Large-format · logistical · public

Public formats ask different questions: how a crowd arrives, where it moves, what it sees and how the day is recovered if something changes. Trade shows, concerts and sporting events put logistics on the same stage as spectacle.

How a brief becomes a plan

No standard package. A considered scope.

Ekatra does not publish fixed packages or prices, and none have been invented for this demonstration. The sensible starting point is a direct conversation about the occasion, the scale and the scope you want the studio to hold.

The clearer the first brief, the more useful the first conversation. You do not need a finished plan to call — just a sense of the date, the place and what the room should feel like.

Availability and scope are confirmed directly by Ekatra. This site is an independent demonstration concept.

A useful first brief

  1. 01
The occasion. Date, city, venue status, approximate guest count and the traditions that must stay.
  2. 02
The shape. Programme, room plan, styling direction and the production elements you already know you need.
  3. 03
The boundary. What you want Ekatra to own, what stays with other partners, and the budget range you are working within.
  4. 04
The feeling. The part that is hardest to put in a spreadsheet: what guests should remember when they leave.
